How long does it take to create a (website, logo, illustration) ?

Generally, we strive for 3-6 weeks completion, however there are many variables that will determine how long it takes to complete a project. Most obvious is the size and scope of the project— creating a website is more time intensive than designing a flier. Another factor is your response time. Sometimes projects can get stalled simply waiting for client approval. In all cases, the more prepared you are from the beginning, the faster we can git 'er done.

Do you provide ___?

If you don't see a service listed here, that doesn't necessarily mean it can't be done...just ask. If what you need isn't in my bag of tricks, I may be able to direct you to somebody who has just what you're looking for.

I already have a website. Can you maintain it for me?

In general, I do not maintain already existing websites. But if you're desperate, contact me. There may be a better solution for you.

You ask that the logo or photos I provide to be "high-resolution"….what exactly does that mean?

Oh, the world of designer lingo. It can be confusing if you're new to all of this. Well, let me put it this way. Images can be created or saved at different levels of quality, called resolution. Resolution is measured in "dpi" or "dots per inch." The web can only display images at 72dpi. For print quality results, 300dpi is necessary. So if you obtained your image by saving an image you came across online, chances are it is not high-resolution. (Not to mention there are probably copyright issues). If you don't have a graphics program that can determine the resolution, feel free to email it to images@nvision-that.com and I'll let you know.

Do you require a deposit before beginning the project?

I do require an initial deposit. For more details on a specific project just request a quote and I'll be in touch.

Do you provide printing services?

I do not provide printing services for your projects. I will provide you with digital print-ready files that you can send directly to a print shop of your choice. I can also provide you with recommendations of quality printers in the Hampton Roads area that I have found to be reputable.
